For conferences / events often pictures/photos need to be shown to the public or attendees.
Use the I-MATH Nextcloud instance https://drive.math.uzh.ch (login with I-MATH account) for
- a) uploading
- b) creating albums / selection process
- c) sharing pictures
Nextcloud offers:
- Sharing upload possibility.
  - WARNING: do not offer anonymous upload (this will be misused to upload illegal material).
- Grant permission to create/edit albums to others (everyone with an I-MATH account or by link / password)
- Slideshow
- Download links: public, time limited, password protected

1) Select 'folder'-view.
2) Create a folder.
3) Optional: share folder, grant permission to other
4) Select 'photo'-view: create album and grant permission. Spread album-link by email or put in on the homepage.

IT means: ask IT to create a folder and get permisssion to it. Such folder can be better administrated in case a responsible person leaves the institute or responsebility changes.
