Side by side tiling

• There is a new feature called 'side by side tiling' which is by default active - if you move a window to the top, it will become fullscreen, if you move a window to the side, it will be maximized over the half screen.

• If you don't like this, please uncheck

  System > Preferences > Windows > Placement > Enable side by side tiling

• On 'Shuttle' Terminals, moving windows might flicker strongly.

  • Activate the wireframe mode, via dconf-editor by choosing 'reduced resources' under

    org > gnome > metacity > reduced-resources: on
