Use 'scan tailor' - installed on Sun Ray and Thinlinc.

Scan Tailor needs 'TIFF' files, not 'PDF'. You can convert PDF to and from TIFF files by using Image Magicks 'convert':

convert source.pdf new.tiff

# TIFF > PDF
convert source.tiff new.pdf
```
