FAQ

Why should I use these list?

• A lot of recipients in the 'to' field, could classify your email as spam.
• It's much easier than copy/paste 50 and more addresses.
• It's very easy to remember the list name.

How do I use the list?

• The name of the list is an email address. Put this email address in the 'to' field of your email program.

Who can use (send to) the emaillist?

• All members of the Institute.

Are there any technical restrictions?

• The email lists are known only on the IMATH mailserver.

• You have to use the IMATH mailserver for sending

When I send a mail to the emaillist, I receive an error message. What should I do?

• Use the Zimbra Webmail Interface of the Institute.

How often is the list updated?

• Daily.
