Overview
Convert a series of images to a movie
There are several way to do this:
Windows XP: use Movie Maker (drag and drop images)
Unix/Linux:
ffmpeg (no delay per picture)
image magick: 
convert
Using: Image Magick

Available for Windows, Mac, Linux, Unix
[user@host] convert -delay 100 *.jpg omega.mpg
-delay : every picture will be shown for <number>/100 seconds
