Y27 - Network migration to NAC
Building Y27 will be migrated to a new network setup on 01.11.2023 - the whole day.
Our server room is inside the building, so all services will be down as well.
During the whole day, the institute will be offline, even WIFI and local desktops will have outages.
It is recommended on this day not to work, neither on-site nor remote with I-MATH IT services.
- All I-MATH services will be inaccessible: Websites, Mail, Thinlinc, Compute, ...
- Email sender from outside I-MATH might receive a mailer daemon error about 'late delivery', but all mails should be delivered after the building is online again.
Computations on our compute servers will continue to run, but won't be accesible during the migration. If the programs needs network acces (license server, internet) they might have problems.
SeminarLive Streaming / Recording won't work in Y27.
- Beamers in Y27 have to be controlled by remote.
